What are your services like?

Each Sunday at First Presbyterian you will find a friendly atmosphere with two exciting services to choose from. Our early service is band driven and uses various multi-media experiences to help people connect with God. Our late service uses a choir and church music in a relaxed traditional setting to help people meet God.

What will happen when I visit for the first time?

If you are visiting for the first time we will not embarrass you, have you stand up or ask you to give money. We know that many people want to check out church and “be anonymous” for awhile – and that’s fine with us. Come in, worship with us and see if First Presbyterian is the church for you.

What do I wear to attend your services?

Our 8:45 am service is more casual and our 11:00 am service is more traditional and a bit more dressy, but the important thing is that you join us, not what you are wear when doing so.

Do you have a mid-week service?

We have a mid-week supper and Bible study options on Wednesday nights. The supper begins at 5:45pm and the Bible studies begin around 6:30pm. Call the church office by noon on Tuesday to make reservations for Wednesday night dinner.

What about my children?

At First Presbyterian your children are a top priority. Our nursery is clean, safe and staffed with loving workers. We have a dynamic children’s ministry called 1st Street Kids as well as a life changing ministry to students from middle school through high school.

How can I find out more about your church?

Begin by surfing through our web site and then follow that up by visiting one of our services or Wednesday Bible studies.
